My last show just ended, I'm waiting to hear back from my potential employers this week and am going a little crazy as a result of just waiting and no longer having anything to occupy my thoughts and brain.

Okay, yes, I have a play to finish for my mentor so I can schedule that staged-reading but every draft seems to feel like an utter cock-up after I read it a second time. I know I need environmental stimuli--I need to be around people and just relax. Visit a cafe, plug in my laptop and vanish or something and observe. I think the past events have just sequestered me further and further back in my brain. Never a good place for me to hang out. Always ends in some weird convoluted psycho-analytic bullshit. No one needs that spat on a stage.

Point being, as I have just rambled faaaar too much, is that since I have an excessive amount of time on my hands, I really should either concentrate on writing or draw. I need the practice in both fields... Especially in drawing. And my poor DA account is so sad and lonely and I haven't been giving it attention.
